Level 2 (L2):


- 15 Burpee in 1 Min
- 60 DU in 1 min
- 1 Strict Pull-Up
- 1 Strict Dip
- 5 UB C2B
- 10 UB T2B
- Sub 9:00 Mile
- 1&1/2 BW DeadLift
- Sub 5:00 "Grace"
- 5 UB HSPU

Level 3 (L3):


- Bar & Ring MU
- BW Snatch
- 1.25 BW C&J
- Sub 4:00 "Isabel"
- 1 Strict HSPU
- 5 Strict Pull-Ups
- 5 Strict Dips
- 12 UB C2B
- 20 UB T2B
- :10 HS Hold


Competition:

- “Amanda” sub 10:00
- “Fran” sub 3:30
- Snatch above 225/145 or 1.25 x BW
- Clean & Jerk 275/175 or 1.5 x BW
- Strict HSPU 5/3 or more
- 100 UB DU
- 20 Pistols in 1:00
- 2 Legless RC in 1:00
- 25’ UB HSW
